After learning about the 1916 Rising, Ms Kent’s 5th class went on a class trip to Kilmainham Gaol.
The boys really enjoyed the fascinating tour of the gaol. They got to hear all about the leaders of the Easter Rising and see the prison cells they were contained in after the rebellion!
