We held the first Candy Cane Olympics in 2nd class yesterday. We had three countries competing, Candy Cane Land, The G.O.A.Ts and Ronaldoland.
We started with an opening ceremony, where the athletes representing their country played their national anthems and paraded around the class.
Then, we had 7 different events that involved working as a team. The children had to test their balance, stacking and speed skills. We had great fun competing and judging the different activities.
Candy Cane Land took home the gold medal, with Ronaldoland in 2nd and the G.O.A.T’s in 3rd place!
